Nation Pizza and Foods Schaumburg plant opened in 1993. Initially the plant was about 100,000 sq. ft., and consisted of only one bakery and one USDA inspected topping line. In 1999, in order to meet the demands of our growing business, the plant was expanded to an impressive 190,000 sq. ft. facility which now includes four USDA inspected topping lines and two bakeries.
Our state-of-the-art bakeries produce over 30,000 lbs of dough hourly. Both bakeries are capable of sheeting, proofing, pressing, baking, and freezing bakery products into a wide variety of shapes and sizes.
Together our four USDA inspected topping lines produce over a million pieces a day and include items such as pre-topped pizzas, flatbreads, and sandwiches. The lines are set up so that they are flexible for applying a wide variety of ingredients and producing finished products that span across a number of categories.
